VerticalResponse Closes 2006 With Strong Growth

Leading Provider of Self-Service Email and Direct Mail Expands Across the Board: Revenues, Profits, Products, Partners and Staff

VerticalResponse's strong showing in the fourth quarter marked the 19th consecutive quarter that the company exceeded results from the comparable period of the previous year and the 16th straight time it reported revenues higher than those of the preceding quarter.

2006 Metrics include:

--  61% sales increase year-over-year
--  35% increase in net profits
--  54% rise in VerticalResponse's client base from the previous year
--  72% year-over-year revenue increase from the direct mail postcard
    product
