The first tools address the look and feel of outbound communication, with the addition of an Email Canvas and Media Library.

--  The Email Canvas includes several pre-built layouts into which
    customers can simply add text and images. Text can be laid out in the same
    manner as with a favorite word-processing application; customers need only
    highlight and choose to bold, italicize, place images, move within the
    text, etc. More advanced users can toggle easily between the Email Canvas
    and their own raw HTML to further enhance design.
--  The Media Library provides 25 MB of free hosting. Images can be easily
    uploaded, taking the load off of customers' servers, and then categorized
    in folders and subfolders. Image manipulation is simple, allowing resizing,
    rotation, cropping, and more.

    code onto confirmation pages.
--  ROI Calculator brings the Click-to-Sale input to the next level,
    incorporating actual dollar values into the end report. The final report
    allows customers to input additional dollars spent on the campaign and
    outputs the actual ROI percentage.
