Veteran Geologist Joins USA Graphite Exploration Team -- USGT Names David A. Bending as Senior Geologist

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwired - Nov 12, 2013) - USA Graphite Inc. (OTCQB: USGT) ("USA Graphite"), a publicly traded U.S. exploration company focused on the acquisition, exploration, and development of graphite properties in North America, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Mr. David A. Bending, B.Sc., M.Sc., P.Geo, to the position of Senior Geologist and as the first member to its recently formed Strategic Advisory Board.

"David Bending is highly respected within the professional mining community and we are honored to have someone of his caliber and skillset join USA Graphite," stated Wayne Yamamoto, President and CEO of USA Graphite. "David's extensive knowledge of mining, exploration, and project development will be a significant benefit to USGT and its shareholders as we continue to accelerate work on our very promising graphite projects in the near-term."

Mr. David A. Bending, B.Sc., M.Sc., P.Geo, has over 25 years of successful exploration, development, and mining experience, including 14 years with Homestake Mining Company where he served as Exploration Manager in Latin America, 3 years with Texasgulf Exploration, and 2 years with Rio Tinto Exploration. He has also held various top executive and senior consulting positions with other large and small cap exploration and mining companies. His work has directly resulted in the identification of several mineral discoveries and transactions in Canada, the United States, Mexico, and across Latin and South America.

Mr. Bending currently manages an independent geological consulting practice based in Reno, Nevada, with clients and projects throughout the Americas. He is very experienced with all aspects of mining law, mining development trends, and business practices. He is a Certified Professional Geologist and is honors B.Sc. Geology graduate from University of Oregon and completed his M.Sc. at the University of Toronto in Mineral Deposits Geology, Geochemistry, Geochemistry and Geophysics.

"I am very excited to begin working right away with USA Graphite as they strive to move their three Nevada graphite projects closer to potential production," stated Mr. Bending. "Demand for large flake graphite production is expected to continue to build as new high-tech graphite applications create a critical global production deficit. This is very similar to what we experienced in the rare earth minerals sector a few years ago. As with rare earth minerals, it will be increasingly important for North American countries to secure their own high-quality graphite supply with domestic production capabilities."

Wayne Yamamoto concluded, "We look forward to receiving David's complete review of the current USGT portfolio of graphite projects in Nevada and expediting his recommended exploration programs."

The Company anticipates making further complementary appointments to the Strategic Advisory Board over the next several weeks.
