Veteran Multifamily Executive Joins SARES REGIS Group as Company Expands Into the Northwest United States

IRVINE, CA--(Marketwire - March 3, 2010) - Gail Duke, a veteran multifamily management and marketing executive, has joined SARES REGIS Group as a senior vice president in the company's Multifamily Property Management Division. She will establish an office in Seattle, Wash., as the company expands its fee-management business into Pacific Northwest markets. Duke also will be responsible for the operation of the division's Northern California multifamily properties.

She comes to SARES REGIS Group of Irvine, Calif., from Belkorp, an international investment firm for which she headed operations in Seattle. Previously, she was president and chief operating officer of Trammell Crow Residential Services. During more than 20 years with the firm, she was business development director and vice president of property operations before being named president and COO.

"Gail's impressive background includes an understanding of the different submarkets in the West Coast's major metropolitan areas. She is an outstanding leader and problem solver with a bias for action," said Michael Bissell, president of SRG's Multifamily Property Management Division.

SRG is a leading developer and manager of apartment properties in California, Colorado and Arizona.

Bissell said SRG's decision to expand into Washington and Oregon in addition to growing its Northern California portfolio was made to serve the company's existing clients and other investors with multifamily properties in Northwest U.S. markets.
