VHA Inc. Expands Analytical Suite to Help Members Rapidly Improve Operational and System Performance

Enhanced VHA LYNX™ Suite Includes New Services, Capabilities and Mobile Platform to Provide Timely Access to Data and Information

IRVING, TX--(Marketwire - May 4, 2011) - As health care providers identify ways to gain greater visibility into spending, seek direction on cost reduction activities and evaluate overall operational performance, VHA Inc., the national health care network, today announced the launch of VHA LYNX™, an enhanced version of VHA's analytical solutions. To promote industry transparency, transformational improvements and a true return on value, VHA's enhanced suite of solutions will help hospitals cut costs, optimize supply chain management and improve clinical performance.

Developed through collaboration with the country's leading health care institutions, new VHA LYNX applications include a pharmacy benchmarking solution, an end to end data completeness solution, a product designed to automate hospitals' value analysis process, an integrated procurement module and a new total spend management platform.
