LOS ANGELES, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 9, 2005 -- Victory Capital Holdings Corporation (OTC BB: VTYC) announced today that its subsidiary, Union Media News Corporation, has launched its website, officially opening the portal for business.

Union Media News (http://www.unionmedia.net) is launching the first leg of a national campaign encouraging union members to sign up for their free email account and explore the many discounted products and services to be offered.
