Victrix Welcomes Javier Magliocco as Director of Infrastructure Practice

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - April 13, 2011) - Victrix, an integrated information technology services company, announces the appointment of Javier Magliocco as Director of Infrastructure Practice for its Montreal office. Mr. Magliocco has been appointed in response to Victrix's requirement for high-profile IT experts, in order to meet the needs of its growing clientele.

Mr. Magliocco will support Victrix in its business development strategy: he will be responsible for managing and developing infrastructure practice for the Montreal office, and developing new services and value-added offerings.

Mr. Magliocco has over 20 years experience in IT and consulting services. Prior to joining the Victrix team, he served as director for technology and risk management consulting at CGI and as director of integration, consulting and technical support at ESI Technologies. There, he was responsible for managing multidisciplinary teams for over ten years. This gave him the opportunity to perfect his knowledge of specialized pre-sale services and the delivery of professional services dedicated to physical infrastructure and technological solutions, including virtualization and consolidation, the optimization of desktop computers, identity management, messaging and databases.
