Vidiom Systems, Inc. Demonstrates Remote Testing for Tru2way™ Devices at NCTA's Cable Show

BROOMFIELD, CO--(Marketwire - May 15, 2008) - Vidiom Systems, Inc., a leading provider of iTV technology solutions, today announced that they are expanding their testing capabilities by adding a remote testing feature to their vCert automated test system for tru2way devices.

"By adding remote access to the vCert system, engineering groups located around the world can now configure and initiate test runs, check results and create reports from their workstations. This 24/7 access to the vCert system will reduce the overhead of the device testing process while producing tru2way devices that meet the deployment requirements of the cable industry," said Vidiom's Engineering and Services VP, Walden Miller.

Vidiom's vCert Automated Test System provides a pre-configured, turnkey system that allows you to test your tru2way device for compliance using the CableLabs CTP as well as for deployment using Vidiom's auto-Xlet test format. vCert has an open architecture that lets CE manufacturers and MSOs create their own test case managers and test subsystems so that they can further test their tru2way devices as well as use their existing test suites with vCert system. This gives vCert customers complete control over their device testing processes and procedures.
