View Systems Announces Third Quarter Results: Revenues Are Up and Costs Are Down

BALTIMORE, MD -- (MARKET WIRE) -- November 14, 2005 -- View Systems, Inc. (OTC BB: VYST), a leading edge homeland defense solutions provider announced today that its Revenues have more than doubled over the same time period last year.

Sales of $820,497 for 2005 Year to Date (YTD) increased 115.7% compared to the 2004 for the same nine month period. Gross Profit of $481,448 has doubled for the same time period. Total Costs have decreased.

Net cash used 2005 YTD was $340,363 compared to $592,205 last YTD. The company used 43% less cash YTD than last YTD. Net loss decreased 39% for the same period. Current liabilities decreased from $647,324 to $324,885 or 50%.

Net cash provided by financing activities for the 2005 nine month period was $193,200, primarily from proceeds from sales of common stock. Net cash provided by financing activities for the 2004 similar nine month period was $672,185. That is down over 70%.
