Professional Services Complement OnPointe Implementation Driving Long-Term Value to Customers

    • Content Assessment/File Analysis - Viewpointe helps customers better understand their information landscape by systematically exploring, analyzing and validating the business value of a representative sample of unstructured business content to gain insight into the content spread across the enterprise. Customers can then prioritize actions required to improve information governance best practices and overall compliance.
    • Business Change Enablement/ Management - Viewpointe partners with customers to help ensure that the management of business readiness and organizational change created by transformation is handled appropriately. Going beyond traditional change management activities, Viewpointe's approach is designed to improve communication and drive, value realization and business performance.
    • eDiscovery Advisory Service - Viewpointe partners with customers to help define an overarching strategy for eDiscovery, helping to gain better insight into business content, automate eDiscovery processes and improve predictability.
  • Onboarding Services - Along with updated features in OnPointe, and an already feature-rich service that includes architect, design and integration to onboard clients to the OnPointe platform, Viewpointe has refined its project management methodology to further address the needs of customers. There is additional focus on end-user change management and increased requirements-based testing to an already rigorous and comprehensive approach that helps ensure a smooth transition and onboarding experience.
  • Migration - Viewpointe works collaboratively with its clients to greatly simplify the migration of data, focusing first and foremost on the quality of migrated data. Through enhanced services and tools in the OnPointe Platform, combined with the ability to leverage more than a decade of experience in successfully expediting the migration of more than 100 billion digital documents into its private cloud managed service, Viewpointe focuses on the intelligent migration of valuable data.
