VillageEDOCS Appoints Derek Wilson to Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing

SANTA ANA, CA--(Marketwire - March 20, 2008) - VillageEDOCS, Inc. (OTCBB: VEDO), a Software as a Service (SaaS) company providing proprietary on-demand outsourced business solutions, announced today the appointment of Derek Wilson, to the position of Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Mr. Wilson has been a highly successful sales leader in rapid-growth technology companies. In prior positions he was the Vice President of Sales of the ISC Group LLC; served as Vice President of Sales for Kewill Systems, and was a Director of Sales and Channel Partners of Sterling Commerce, a London-based technology company specializing in technology and SaaS business process solutions to Fortune 500 companies and the world's largest banks. In addition, Mr. Wilson held management and sales positions with Equant, BAX Global, and S.I.T.A. His career is characterized throughout by outstanding success in building direct and indirect sales organizations that exceed their goals.

Mr. Wilson earned a Bachelor's of Administration degree from the University of London, and a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Manchester.
