Polentes will lead a team focused on expanding Decisiv's unique service management ecosystem by adding new fleets, managed maintenance providers, commercial vehicle manufacturers and service provider networks.

Vince Polentes began his career as a Management Trainee and then District Manager running terminals in multiple states for Carolina Freight Carriers, a $500 million LTL carrier later sold to ABF. Exposed to operational cost reductions through technology, he joined Roadshow International, an early stage routing and logistics software company that serves Fortune 500 distribution operations. As VP North American Sales at Roadshow, Polentes grew North American revenue from startup to $12 million before the company was sold to Descartes Systems Inc. Polentes also co-founded and served as CEO at Zonepay, an early remote commerce company dedicated to streamlining order-to-cash processes. Recently, he led sales at Oil Purification Systems, Inc. (OPS), the developer of a patented onboard oil refining system that reduces oil maintenance expense for large fleets and industrial equipment.
