Vindicia Named a Fastest-Growing Company in San Francisco

Company Success Highlighted by San Francisco Business Times

REDWOOD CITY, CA--(Marketwire - October 16, 2009) - Vindicia, a leading provider of on-demand strategic billing solutions, is included among the San Francisco Business Times' "Fastest-Growing Private Companies" -- a list of the 100 fastest-growing private companies in the Bay Area. Vindicia was ranked 21st by the publication at a ceremony held last night at the Palace Hotel in San Francisco based on its continuing rapid sales and revenue growth over the last three years. Just last week the company was awarded a similar honor by the Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal.

"Our success in the market is a tribute to our customers' successes with their online initiatives," said Gene Hoffman, chairman and CEO, Vindicia. "We're proud to be a part of the innovative Bay Area technology community and congratulate the other honorees."

2009 marks the 18th consecutive year that the San Francisco Business Times has assembled this list. They worked with PriceWaterhouseCoopers to conduct the research this year and ranked the companies based on percentage revenue growth from 2006 to 2008, requiring a minimum of 10% growth with revenues of more than $200,000 in fiscal year 2006 to be considered.
