Vindicia Names Doug Smith VP Client Services
Smith Brings Successful Track Record and Online Billing Expertise

been appointed vice president of client services. Smith brings more that 20
years of experience in technology development and professional services to
the role, one designed to help clients as they expand their online
initiatives.
Prior to Vindicia, Smith was responsible for technology assessment and
product portfolio strategy for Openwave Systems in the Office of the CTO.
Before Openwave, Smith was a regional CTO for Portal Software, where he led
relationships with strategic accounts in both professional services and
product technology.
