Vineyard National Bancorp Announces Cash Dividend on Its 7.50% Series D Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock

CORONA, CA--(Marketwire - November 29, 2007) - Vineyard National Bancorp (NASDAQ: VNBC) (the "company") announced today that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend on its 7.50% Series D Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock ("Series D preferred") in the amount of $0.1875 per share, payable on December 17, 2007 to shareholders of record as of December 3, 2007. The Series D preferred was issued on June 26, 2007. The Series D preferred trades on the American Stock Exchange (AMEX®) under the ticker symbol VXC.PR.D.
