Vino, Camera, Action! Deadline Approaching for the Albarino Explorers Club Ambassador Video Contest

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - Oct 22, 2012) - It's not too late to enter the first-ever Albariño Explorers Club Ambassador Contest, hosted by the Albariño Explorers Club (AEC), the virtual community for Albariño wine fans. The AEC Ambassador will travel around the U.S. in 2013, spreading the word about Albariño from Rías Baixas, Spain, through consumer tastings and social media.

Why enter?

Because you exude charisma, you communicate flawlessly, and most of all, you love Albariño. In 2013, the AEC Ambassador will travel to smaller cities across the U.S., hosting consumer tastings, blogging, and sharing his/her experiences on the social media circuit as the #AECAmbassador. Before the journey begins, the AEC Ambassador will take an all-expense-paid trip to Rías Baixas, Spain, to learn all about Albariño wine and its home.

Interested in participating?

It's easy -- just create a 3-5 minute video and tell the world why you want to be the AEC Ambassador. Grab a video camera, smartphone, or other recording device, and highlight all the reasons why you are the perfect person for this job. Creativity is highly encouraged. The contest ends October 31^st, so start filming now!

Even if you're not entering the contest, you can still be part of the fun. Spread the word on Twitter using the hashtag #AECAmbassador. Once the entries start rolling in, head to the Albariño Explorers Club website to check out the newest submissions and comment on your favorites.
