TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Sept. 3, 2013) - Virgin Metals Inc. (the "Company" or "Virgin Metals") (TSX VENTURE:VGM) is pleased to announce the addition of Mr. Ram Ramachandran, C.A., as Director of the Company effective immediately.
Following several years with the Ontario Securities Commission as deputy Director and Associate Chief Accountant, Mr. Ramachandran served as a Principal at the National Office of a large international accounting firm in Toronto. He is currently Chief Financial Officer with Purepoint Uranium Group Inc., a Director at Rio Alto Mining Limited and consults on various regulatory compliance matters.
The Company also today announced the resignation of Rick Adams as a Director of the Company. The Company thanks Mr. Adams for his commitment and significant past contributions.
