Virgin Mobile USA to Announce First Quarter Financial Results and Host Conference Call on May 11, 2009

WARREN, NJ--(Marketwire - April 28, 2009) - Virgin Mobile USA, Inc. (NYSE: VM) will release its first quarter financial results prior to market open on Monday, May 11, 2009, and host a related conference call beginning at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time that same day.

Daniel H. Schulman, Chief Executive Officer, and John D. Feehan Jr., Chief Financial Officer, will review Virgin Mobile USA's first quarter financial results. Following the review will be a question and answer session.
