Virgin Pulse Delivers Highly-Visual Analytics on Benefits Utilization Through the Domo Business Cloud; Helps Customers Build and Prove the Business Case for Wellbeing

FRAMINGHAM, MA--(Marketwired - July 26, 2016) - Virgin Pulse, the leading provider of employee-centric solutions that drive wellbeing, culture and productivity across organizations around the world, today announced the launch of its new on-demand, online analytics suite. With access to more than 150 metrics, customers can measure the impact of their employee wellbeing programs and other benefits offerings in terms of outcomes that matter to their business, including employee engagement, productivity, and program utilization.

"In today's data-driven world, HR practitioners increasingly need to demonstrate the value of investment in their wellbeing programs, as well as the ability to drive meaningful outcomes," said Ron Hildebrandt, Senior Vice President, Products at Virgin Pulse. "We're excited to work with Domo to bring our customers a one-stop analytics solution that provides a window into their current program and actionable data to guide future direction."

Virgin Pulse is working with Domo to bring customers elegantly designed, self-service reporting of meaningful data and outcomes. With access to Domo, Virgin Pulse customers will have the ability to:

  • Measure the impact of and engagement with their wellbeing program on a daily basis
  • Unite wellbeing and benefits engagement and usage into one central suite of tools
  • Leverage highly-visual, shareable dashboards to help administrators deliver better results and meet goals
  • Export and share data, including program outcomes, with C-suite and other stakeholders at the click of a mouse

The Virgin Pulse analytics suite serves as a central place for clients to collect and connect data to inform program management and will ultimately allow employers to benchmark, measure, and improve program utilization. The analytics suite will be updated with new functionality throughout 2016, including the addition of benchmarking and health risk shifts. In addition, comparative features will enable employers to evaluate wellbeing data from their own program against industry norms based on outcomes data from other companies using the Virgin Pulse platform. The ability to track aggregated employee health risks and shifts across populations will provide clients with actionable insights into the success of their wellbeing programs and additional benefits offerings.

"We make it incredibly easy for our customers to share the benefits of Domo with their own customers. By providing access to real-time analytics and insights into key metrics through Domo's platform, Virgin Pulse's customers can make important and informed decisions based on performance," said Matt Belkin, Domo's Chief Analytics Officer and Senior Vice President of Consulting. "We are thrilled to work with Virgin Pulse as they implement Domo into their wellbeing programs."

Domo helps every employee -- from the CEO to front-line workers -- optimize business performance in real time by connecting them to the right data and people they need to improve business results.
