BLACKSBURG, VA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- July 5, 2005 -- Serebra Learning Corporation (TSX-V: SBR), one of Canada's leading providers of e-learning solutions, has signed a collaborative partnership agreement to provide certificates and diplomas of achievement relating to courses completed under the EasyLearning program. The agreement was signed on June 29 in the Blacksburg, Virginia, offices of Virginia Tech following a two-year planning process between the parties.

Serebra will provide the course content, curriculum, and EasyLearning electronic delivery, while GLOBAL will coordinate all related administrative activity between ICWFD and Virginia Tech's OPD. Serebra was chosen by Virginia Tech to be partners in collaboration with ICWFD and GLOBAL. Under the agreement, Serebra, Virginia Tech's OPD, GLOBAL, and ICWFD will provide continuing education unit (CEU) certification for hundreds of certification-level information technology (IT) and professional development courses. The CEU is an internationally recognized standard unit of measurement of participation in continuing education programs and can be used to meet certain requirements for certification or licensing, vocational or in-service training, professional development, and evaluation for promotion. CEUs are offered for participation in a program or course and document successful completion, thus providing independent assertion of an individual's continuing education. At the conclusion of a course or program, a certificate will be issued as a record of the CEUs earned.

"The signing of this agreement is one more step to improve the lives of students and those in the workforce around the world," said Ted Moorhouse, president & CEO, Serebra Learning Corporation. "Serebra is honored to stand with these exemplary organizations and offer EasyLearning's students the opportunity to have their continuing education efforts recognized internationally."

The EasyLearning program (www.easylearning.org) supports and encourages the cultural benefits of lifelong learning. A primary goal is to improve the lives of students and those in the workforce by providing the skills and tools they need to succeed in the new knowledge-based economy. The EasyLearning system was designed by Serebra to overcome significant e-learning issues, such as inconsistent infrastructure support and intermittent on-line access that have long been impediments to the dissemination of educational material. Serebra's system allows its users to experience cost-effective Internet connections, straightforward log-in procedures and timely courseware delivery.
