VirTra Systems Postpones Shareholder Meeting

TEMPE, AZ--(Marketwire - Apr 19, 2011) - Bob Ferris, VirTra Systems' CEO (PINKSHEETS: VTSI), today announced that VirTra would postpone the shareholder meeting that was scheduled for April 20th, 2011.

The shareholder meeting will now occur at the company's offices at 7970 S. Kyrene Rd., Tempe, AZ 85284 at10:00 AM local time on May 4th, 2011.

The reason for the adjournment is to provide more time for proxy votes to be received as large numbers of shareholders have not yet voted.
