Virtual Hold Technology Looks to Provide IP-Enabled Virtual Queuing, Joins Dialogic Partner Program

AKRON, OH--(Marketwire - October 26, 2009) - Virtual Hold Technology®, LLC (VHT®) recently enhanced its compatibility with a broader range of network environments through new membership in the Dialogic Partner Program ( Dialogic network platforms help companies securely process multimedia across any network, including IP networks. As a member of the program, VHT has access to Dialogic equipment, including media gateways and IP host media processing (HMP) software. Testing and certifying Virtual Hold® queue management solutions in these environments helps the company provide queue management solutions within a broader range of environments.
