Partnership Will Help Companies Make Better Use of Customers' Time

AKRON, OH--(Marketwire - August 24, 2009) - Virtual Hold Technology®, LLC (VHT) has reached a reseller agreement with Qology Limited to sell and support the Virtual Hold® software solution to Qology customers in the United Kingdom and Ireland. Qology develops queue management and callback strategies for contact centers in the government, finance and utility sectors. With this partnership, Qology will be able to help its clients enhance customer satisfaction, increase revenue and reduce operational costs.
