Virtual Media Holdings Inc. Postpones Annual General Meeting

VANCOUVER, BC--(Marketwire - December 5, 2007) - Jim Carroll, CEO of Virtual Media Holdings Inc. (OTCBB: VMHIF), announced that the Annual General Meeting scheduled for December 14, 2007 has been postponed until the financial statements and forensic audit are completed.

We have been advised by Greg Draper, CRA, CFE Forensic Services with Meyer Norris Penny that he will not have the forensic audit and report completed by December 14th. The AGM will be rescheduled once the required statements are available to us.
