Virtual Premise Sponsors CoreNet Junior Achievement Day in Atlanta

Company Teams With Local Chapter of CoreNet Global to Educate and Inspire Atlanta Students

ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwire - March 10, 2011) - Virtual Premise, a leading Software as a Service (SaaS) provider of real estate information management solutions, today announced its sponsorship of CoreNet Junior Achievement Day in Atlanta. Through an innovative partnership between CoreNet Global and Junior Achievement of Georgia, the event was held February 25, 2011 at the Ronald McNair Learning Academy in Decatur, GA. Junior Achievement of Georgia works to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy.

CoreNet Global recruited volunteers from their Atlanta Chapter membership who shared with students their unique professional experiences. In addition to the sponsorship, Virtual Premise was represented by five volunteers to help with classroom presentations: Yaton Bowens, Enterprise Architect, Jim Dooley, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Jimmy Dykes, Vice President of Consulting Services, Dan Galenkamp, Senior Product Manager and Philip Lee, Vice President of Client Operations. Virtual Premise provided the most volunteers from a single organization at this event.

"The opportunity to sponsor such a worthwhile local event was something we embraced at Virtual Premise," said Jim Dooley, senior vice president of sales and marketing at Virtual Premise. "We didn't want to just send money to pay for breakfast and lunch for the volunteers. We also wanted to be involved from a hands-on perspective. Our contingent of volunteers helped the students understand how important it is to focus on customers, no matter what a person's job may be. This is key to our culture at Virtual Premise and our enthusiasm for keeping customers first was understood and well-received by even the youngest of students."

Virtual Premise is an annual gold sponsor of the Atlanta Chapter of CoreNet Global, the world's leading association for corporate real estate (CRE) and workplace professionals, service providers, and economic developers. In addition to Atlanta events, Virtual Premise participates in CoreNet's Global Summits, held twice a year in the spring and fall.
