VirtuOz One of Four Finalists to Compete in the Prestigious CRM Idol 2012 Contest Americas

Intelligent Virtual Agents Recognized for Providing a Next Generation Customer Experience Across Social, Mobile and Web

The four elite companies selected as finalists for the Americas category will produce a video about their company and product, which will be posted to several sites worldwide. The winner will be determined by a combination of CRM Idol judges and popular vote on the video.

Now in its second year, CRM Idol was founded by author and analyst Paul Greenberg to assist up and coming CRM companies gain visibility in the CRM community and with key industry influencers. Primary judges include notable CRM luminaries such as Brent Leary, Denis Pombriant, Esteban Kolsky, Jesus Hoyos, Laurence Buchanan, Mark Tamis, Prem Kumars and Silvana Buljan. Winners will be announced on December 5, 2012.
