visionGATEWAY Rolls Out INTERScepter Installations to Partners and Clients

The Need for Real-Time Internet Resource Management Solutions Recognized Worldwide as Reports Outline Businesses Losing Billions in Productivity

SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwire - October 24, 2007) - visionGATEWAY Inc. (OTCBB: VGWA), an Internet Resource Management and Security software solutions company capitalizing on the explosive growth of Internet use worldwide, today announced that its INTERScepter™ solution is being widely installed at clients and partners in Australia and South East Asia. New installations are scheduled to begin in UK and USA next month. Already there is major interest for a special language version for release to the Japanese market early in the New Year.

The installations come at a time when press reports are outlining how businesses world wide are recognizing the enormous cost in lost productivity by personal use of the internet at work -- particularly with the new online video sites such as Facebook and YouTube. This was evidenced in an article recently published by the Herald Sun newspaper in Melbourne, that outlined how productivity loss from the new Facebook video site alone could cost Australian business $5bn in lost productivity.

This provides an enormous opportunity for visionGATEWAY and INTERScepter which provides a real-time solution to this huge business problem. The key issue that INTERScepter achieves is how to change employee behaviors in their attitude to personal use of the internet at work.

A key member of the Company's Executive team is Ken Edmonds who has responsibility for sales growth on a global basis. Ken was the former Managing Director of Cisco U.K. and a Director of Nortel Networks and ORA Electronics. While Ken has spent the last twenty years of his business career predominantly in Europe, he is no stranger to Oceania as he is originally from New Zealand. As the main driver of our sales growth, Ken will be relocating to Brisbane this month and taking on the role of General Manager for Australasia. This will also ensure that the momentum currently underway with installations in Australia is structured to facilitate rapid expansion into our U.S. and U.K markets. Ken will also work closely with the R&D team thus ensuring our future product development is closely aligned to our customer's requirements.

visionGATEWAY is currently installing its INTERScepter platform at many Australian businesses, offering Internet Resource Management to the businesses for improved productivity and security. These client implementations are part of the rollout of the latest enterprise version of INTERScepter to the Australian marketplace. In conjunction with the Company's new sales team, thirty new installations are planned for the next three months there. Current installations include:

--  A nationally registered Training Organization with offices throughout
    Australia in Melbourne, Sydney and a head office in Brisbane.
--  A specialist technology company based in Brisbane
--  A large Queensland based university
--  One of the larger Queensland State Government departments
--  An ISP with 10,000+ users

In addition we have begun expanding our channel partner base. Already this month three new partners have committed to sales of over 20,000 work stations in the first six months.
