Visiphor Subsidiary Awarded Contract for Energy Sector Workflow Solution

VANCOUVER, BC -- (MARKET WIRE) -- December 8, 2005 -- Visiphor Corporation ("Visiphor") (OTC BB: VISRF) (TSX-V: VIS) (DE: IGYA) announced today that Sunaptic Solutions ("Sunaptic"), a wholly owned Visiphor subsidiary, has been awarded a professional services contract to implement a workflow solution for the British Columbia Transmission Corporation (BCTC).

The solution will help manage the complexity of Independent Power Producer (IPP) requests to connect to the electrical transmission system. The contract leverages the skills and prior experience of Sunaptic in developing business process automation for various health care, financial services and energy organizations, and particularly its experience in the utility industry.

The contract is valued at over CAN$200,000, and the solution for BCTC has an in-service delivery date of March 2006.

"This contract further supports the quality and value of the Sunaptic acquisition for Visiphor. Sunaptic continues to grow and expand its business and we welcome BCTC as a valued customer," said Visiphor President and CEO Roy Trivett.

Visiphor Vice President Mike Hilton said, "The work with BCTC continues to help us expand our market leadership role in workflow solutions and we welcome the opportunity to serve customers like BCTC. This project also helps us to continue to develop strong domain expertise in the all important energy sector."
