Visual Industries, Inc. Acquires Sterling Worldwide Entertainment, LLC

PRINCETON, NJ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 22, 2006 --Visual Industries, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: VUAL) announced today the acquisition of Sterling Worldwide Entertainment, LLC.

The acquisition provides Visual Industries, Inc. the opportunity to demonstrate to the entertainment industry innovative creativity and new technology for movies, pictures, television and home entertainment.
