Visual Industries, Inc. Applied for a U.S. Patent Regarding 3D Movie Cameras

PENNINGTON, NJ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 29, 2007 --Visual Industries, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: VUAL) announced that on January 23rd, 2007 an application for a United States Patent, "HIGH SPEED PHOTOGRAPHY SYSTEM PRODUCING 3D STILL PICTURES AND MOVIES," was submitted.

Randall McCoy, President, Visual Industries, Inc., states, "We are very excited about this new patent application which will complement our allowed patent for our 3D Television, 'No Glasses Required' Full Motion, Electronic 3-D Image Display."

The inventors for this new patent application are David Santus, Dr. Roy Nelson and Randall McCoy, all members of the Board of Directors of Visual Industries, Inc. Dr. Nelson and Mr. McCoy are former researcher and director, respectively, at GE/RCA's corporate research center in Princeton, New Jersey. Mr. Santus has vast knowledge of 3D printing, manufacturing and marketing.
