Visual Industries, Inc. (VUAL) Subsidiary Sterling Worldwide Entertainment Announces the Start of Production on Late-Night Talk Show "It's Late"

PENNINGTON, NJ--(Marketwire - November 5, 2009) - Visual Industries, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: VUAL) subsidiary Sterling Worldwide Entertainment's Television Division starts production on "It's Late" -- a 30-minute talk show hosted by Gunnar Nelson. "It's Late" was created by Sterling producer Cheryl Quell and will be directed by Steve Portney.

Host Gunnar Nelson -- an actor, musician, singer/songwriter, and international multi-platinum recording artist -- hails from the musical and acting family dynasties the Nelsons and the Harmons. He is a multi-faceted performer whose talents will make "It's Late" a hit show.

"It's Late" introduces newcomer Susie Duecker and a cast that includes Selina Diaz, Carly Sadolf, and Rachel LeFevre. Celebrity interviews include Roxy Olin from ABC's "Brothers & Sisters" and "The City" and Adam Ferrara from "Rescue Me." The show is full of music, fun, and surprise handouts for the live audience at Mohegan Sun, where the show is being produced.
