VisualMED Clinical Solutions Corp.: State-of-the-Art Platform to be Ready for Windows2007

New Operating System Will Help Lower Cost to Smaller Clients

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(CCNMatthews - Nov. 5, 2006) - VisualMED Clinical Solutions Corp. (the "Company") (OTCBB:VMCS) announces the development of its first system components designed to communicate with the Microsoft Dot-Net operating system. Dot-Net will replace the Windows Win32 operating system, in existence for more than a decade. The first components undergoing redesign included VisualMED's load balancing process. The load balancing process ensures timely access by users to servers and business objects in the application tier of VisualMED's state-of-the-art n-tier application.

VisualMED Director of Development Michel Maksud commented: "While our original development efforts involved programming languages whose use ensured overall high quality of code, moving to Dot-Net brings advantages that carry over to future development. The Quality-Assurance process is now more fully integrated with programming than ever, and this is good for both our staff and all system users.

"Moving to the Dot-Net environment means more cost-effective development over time, which means more cost-effective pricing for potential clients," added Chief Operating Officer Barry Scharf.

The system upgrade will also render VisualMED more attractive to individual doctors' offices and smaller group practices, where rapid series' of fast implementations with extremely low integration costs, executed over a matter of days, could significantly boost our market presence in the short term.

"We expect this move will allow us to sell cheaper systems much faster, and this should have a positive effect on our cash flow for the coming year," explains Gerard Dab, Chairman and CEO of VisualMED. "The Company currently has an on-the-books backlog of more than $18 million worth of contracts, all signed in the current calendar year, and completing just 10 to 15 % of these orders would provide a good part of our cash flow requirements for the next year."

"We have a uniquely inexpensive product, with implementation cycles calculated in weeks and months, very fast for the industry. Now, with the upgrade of key system components, the cost, speed and effectiveness of our implementations will be significantly enhanced. These are the keywords that healthcare facilities will be looking for when they decide to purchase a system," concluded Mr. Dab.
