VitalCare Adds Two New Treatment Centers in Indiana

LOI Outlines Two Additional Locations for iCAT Therapy Centers for Diabetics

CARSON CITY, NV--(Marketwire - May 6, 2008) - VitalCare Diabetes Treatment Centers, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: VDTI), a Nevada corporation, today announced they have two additional locations now signed under a Letter Of Intent in the state of Indiana. The centers will be administering the FDA approved iCAT Treatment for diabetes related wound care for Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes patients. This is in addition to a previously announced LOI for the first center to be opened in Indiana by VitalCare.
