Viterra Completes Acquisition of Lethbridge Inland Terminal Ltd.


REGINA, SASKATCHEWAN--(Marketwired - Feb. 28, 2014) - Viterra Inc. ("Viterra"), Canada's grain industry leader, is pleased to announce that it has completed its acquisition of certain assets of Lethbridge Inland Terminal Ltd. (LIT), including a high throughput grain elevator with a capacity of 42,000 metric tonnes. The agreement was originally announced in a news release on December 28, 2013, and has received all pertinent shareholder and regulatory approvals.
