("LIT") have overwhelmingly approved Viterra's offer to purchase certain assets of LIT, including a high throughput grain elevator with a capacity of 42,000 metric tonnes. The agreement was originally announced in a news release on December 28, 2013, and remains subject to certain closing conditions, including regulatory approvals.
