ViTrue Appoints Jason Subramaniam to Chief Product Officer

Veteran Marketer Brings More Than 20 Years of Established and Emerging Technology Product Development Experience

ATLANTA, GA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- July 10, 2006 -- ViTrue, Inc., pioneer of the world's first user-created advertising platform, today announced the appointment of Jason Subramaniam to chief product officer. A seasoned technology product innovator with a decade of experience in the advertising industry, Subramaniam is responsible for leading ViTrue's product development as the company continues to reinvent the advertising marketplace using social networking technology.

Specifically, Subramaniam will create technology that enables tighter, interactive engagement between brands and their most loyal consumers. With his vast experience building Internet advertising networks, he will offer ViTrue a wealth of domain expertise in addition to his knowledge of online advertising and technologically superior, yet customer friendly, product offerings.

Deep Media/Advertising Community Experience: Adds Depth to Team

Subramaniam has more than 20 years experience in global product management with emerging companies such as Match.com, as well as established brands including Lucent, in the Internet, telecommunications and data communications markets. He also held marketing and management posts at Flycast Communications, where he led products that earned Flycast an innovative reputation in the ad serving community. He has managed multiple products through their entire lifecycles and holds four patents.

Most recently, Subramaniam was vice president, product management at Adify, an online service that connects publishers and advertisers, where he helped launch its first release. Prior to Adify, Subramaniam was the chief product officer at SME Global Solutions, Inc., which includes WebVisible and packages online advertising products for local sales channels of yellow pages, newspapers and online marketers.
