Viva International Group Announces Executive Appointment

Sal Rianna Named Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer

SOMERVILLE, NJ--(Marketwire - June 9, 2009) - Viva International Group (Viva Optique, Inc.), a worldwide leader in ophthalmic frames and sunglass distribution and manufacturing headquartered in Somerville, NJ, has named Sal Rianna chief financial officer and chief administrative officer.

Rianna most recently served as chief operating officer for luxury linen purveyor Frette North America, Inc. He also has been an executive with the Donna Karan Company, a division of LVMH, where he was vice president of finance and operations for the DKNY global business. And, he was corporate manager of financial and strategic planning at GFT (USA), where he worked with a variety of brands including Giorgio Armani, Calvin Klein and Emanuel Ungaro.
