Ernest Colella Joins the VIVA Transcription Team to Help Drive Growth

"Ernie" Colella to the position of Inside Sales Manager. Mr. Colella will report directly to Manuel Prado, Founder and President of VIVA Transcription. He will be responsible for executing the establishment of VIVA's Syracuse office, managing the national sales network and assisting with the company's overall sales strategies.

Mr. Colella brings to VIVA Transcription a seven-year tenure in the medical transcription and IT Technology industries, previously holding positions such as: Sales and Marketing Manager, Vice President of New Business Development, and Director of Human Resources and Communications.

His superior understanding of medical transcription technology and application has facilitated clients from small single-provider clinics to large full-service hospitals with expert advice, support, and service. After completing an associate degree at Onondaga Community College in Syracuse, New York, Colella graduated from Kent State University with a bachelor's degree in journalism and public relations.
