Vivecoach Launches "Create Your Own Challenge" Capability to Help Corporations Personalize Wellness

MENLO PARK, CA--(Marketwire - March 29, 2011) - Vivecoach, the leading corporate wellness challenge application, recently launched a powerful new capability on its website that allows individual users to create and launch wellness challenges. Users can now create their own challenges by choosing from a slate of popular templates for steps, minutes of exercise, weight loss and nutrition, as well as "cold turkey" challenges where participants work together to give up things like sweets or junk food for a week.
