Vivendi Entertainment Partners With AnyClip Ltd.

Third-Party Distribution Partners Can Now Provide Consumers With Instant Searches From Their Favorite Moments in Entertainment

JERUSALEM and LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - May 11, 2011) - Vivendi Entertainment and AnyClip Ltd. have partnered to offer consumers the ability to relive their favorite film and television moments online. Under the agreement, AnyClip will gain access to Vivendi's library of entertainment, which includes prestigious brands like: World Wrestling Entertainment, Classic Media, RHI, Shout!Factory, Salient, and Code Black. The announcement was made today by Yolanda Macias, Executive Vice President of Acquisitions & Business Development, Vivendi Entertainment, and Oren Nauman, Chief Executive Officer of AnyClip Ltd.

Content from Vivendi Entertainment will be tagged and added to AnyClip's growing online library, which now includes access to over 7,000 titles of premium entertainment, including titles from the likes of Universal Pictures, and Indie distribution firms such as First Look, Virgil Films and other movie classics.

"Vivendi Entertainment is committed to implementing new and innovative ways for consumers to enjoy our extensive library of entertainment," stated Ms. Macias. "And AnyClip does just that by engaging consumers in a way that is truly unique to the entertainment industry."

"When we think about distributing Vivendi's content or any of our video content, we're obviously looking at the big entertainment websites but we're also looking at the opportunity to enhance websites in vertical industries like travel, sports, fashion and dating. With our relevant licensed video clips, we're offering them a new way to keep users engaged and more importantly -- keep them on the site," says AnyClip CEO, Oren Nauman. "Our vision is to change the way businesses and consumers think about accessing entertainment online by tagging everything and letting them search for anything."

Among the various Vivendi titles, now available through the AnyClip distribution network, are cult movies and blockbusters like Kevin Smith's 'Zack and Miri Make a Porno' (with Seth Rogen and Elizabeth Banks), Marcus Dunstan's 'The Collector,' the romantic anthology 'New York, I Love You' (Bradley Cooper, Natalie Portman, Ethan Hawke, and many more), 'The Basketball Diaries' (Leonardo DiCaprio) the Tarantino/Rodriguez extravaganza 'Grindhouse' (Bruce Willis, Rose McGowan, Kurt Russell, Rosario Dawson) and the upcoming film 'That's What I Am' (with Ed Harris). In addition, Vivendi's stellar foreign film catalog from various critically acclaimed directors such as Jean-Luc Godard, Takashi Miike, Chan-wook Park and Lars von Trier and select gems from the Roger Corman library are now available.

AnyClip allows for indexing, searching and browsing entertainment associatively, by queries searching for characters, actors, scene details, behavioral information, quotes, objects, shooting characteristics and more. Leveraging AnyClip's pioneering technology and database of full-length feature films, distribution partners are now able to enrich the consumer's experience by selecting any moment from any of their favorite films.
