Viyya Technologies Signs Contract With a Major Political Campaign Committee

FAIRFIELD, NJ--(Marketwire - December 12, 2007) - Viyya Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: VYON), the developer and marketer of the world's most advanced, web-based information management application, is pleased to announce a contract signing with a New York political campaign committee for the aggregation and dissemination of customized information for their user community.

Campaign officials and Viyya have worked for several months on a two-step approach to deliver the customized solution. Viyya will provide a proprietary platform consisting of information viewers, customized content, and email alert and notification -- all in a Web 2.0 user collaboration environment. The two-step process will first include the needs of the search and retrieval objectives of the committee's internal operations then step two will extend these capabilities to external users.

The committee's Executive Director explained: "The facts are clear. The Internet provides us with information that is increasing rapidly. Using Viyya's market leading technology in this innovative application along with its web-intermediary services will help us process and organize information on a daily basis."

"Committee officials know the value of relevant real-time information," said John Bay, President of Viyya. "We are extremely pleased to be implementing our solution with this group. Their commitment to support their constituents with daily updates and factual information is a breath of fresh air in today's complex political world."

Under the terms and conditions of the contract, customized implementation of VIYYA PRO and VIYYA P2P products will begin immediately with the first step being delivered to internal staff by January 15, 2008.

The second step of the rollout will include daily custom updates and viewer access from virtually any digital source or web site to the political group's millions of registered end users.

This Viyya contract includes a fixed fee for the development of step one and the opportunity to generate an annualized user fee from the political group's registered end users that become registered users of the VIYYA PRO and VIYYA P2P products.

Due to the strict confidentiality agreement in place between the parties, Viyya is not permitted to disclose the group's name at this time.
