Vizada and Diginonymous Team Up to Offer Low-Cost, Secure Multi-Media Collaboration Tool for Use Over Multiple Satellite Networks

Application Enriched With Vizada's Terralink Data Manager Enabling Online Cost Control for End Users

WASHINGTON, DC--(Marketwire - September 23, 2010) -  Vizada, the world's largest independent provider of satellite communications, has reached an agreement with Diginonymous, LLC to become a Global Distributor of the company's powerful software-based multi-media collaboration tool, DigiGone. This new solution will provide Vizada Partners and their customers a low-cost, secure video and audio teleconferencing, live video streaming, VoIP, IM chat and file transfer capabilities using netbooks, smartphones and PCs and Macs running in a Windows environment. Vizada is offering a limited number of no cost introductory packages to users interested in trying the service.

Unlike bandwidth-hogging consumer-grade conferencing solutions, DigiGone is designed to meet the specific demands of government, military and enterprise organizations around the world. It offers select functionality that allows end-users to control bandwidth and data throughput in real time, managing both cost and quality. All transmissions, including data, video, IM and voice are encrypted using the industry standard AES-256 bit algorithm, enabling compliance with the government's stringent FIPS 140-2 standard. Together, these features enable customers to reduce their airtime costs by as much as 95%, and conserve bandwidth for other mission critical applications.

With DigiGone and Vizada, customers get a secure, efficient and cost-effective solution for multimedia collaboration over any IP connection, including Inmarsat BGAN/FB/SB, ThurayaIP, Iridium OpenPort and VSAT. Pairing DigiGone software with Terralink™ Data Manager Live, Vizada's traffic monitor solution, allows for more refined online data management -- essentially, real-time data consumption details are available to end-users whenever they go online. Deploying the solution across Vizada's Terralink™ Interconnect further improves the speed and quality of data transmissions from remote locations, magnifying performance.

"Vizada Partners and their customers can use our solution with every major satellite network," said George Spohn, Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing for Diginonymous. "DigiGone paired with Vizada Solutions are a formidable combination delivering a powerful, high-quality solution to meet the security and bandwidth needs of key users."

"DigiGone Software greatly enhances the Vizada offering by helping us more cost-effectively and efficiently deliver one of the most popular value-added services -- video streaming for remote asset monitoring, conferencing and collaboration," said Lawrence Paul, V.P. Business Development and Portfolio Management, Vizada Americas. "We will continue to develop relationships with application providers, like Diginonymous, bringing new satcom uses and better value to our partners and customers."
