NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - September 08, 2016) - ICAP Patent Brokerage announces for sale a patent portfolio disclosing a means to clean and purify volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and noxious air emissions from a variety of environmentally hazardous situations. This IP package is available via private sale from Environmental Purification, LLC.

With a 2006 priority date, the portfolio describes an apparatus, systems, and methods to clean and purify noxious air emissions from a variety of environmentally hazardous situations -- e.g., food processing plants, oil and gas refineries, paper/pulp plants, deep earth mining operations, waste water treatment facilities, and Confined Animal Feeding Operations (CAFOs).
Environmental Purification technology realized greater than 99.9% reduction of VOCs in air quality tests for CO2, H2S and NH3 that exceeds the stringent compound concentration ranges used by the EPA -- i.e., ppb to low ppm. High concentrations were used in two separate samples to significantly reduce ppmv from 320,000 to 16 in sample one and 150,000 to 190 in sample two, resulting in air that was both healthy to breathe and odor free.
Importantly, the technology can be inserted into a variety of air exhaust units for the withdrawing and elimination of VOCs and odorous gasses, contributing to the health and well-being of workers and anyone in proximity of an industrial operation. This technology has application wherever air handling and ventilation is essential to worker and environmental safety.
