On January 30^th, the hotel hosted an exclusive RLife LIVE event, Russian Vodka Birthday, offering guests a chance to taste the nation's specialties and cocktail creations -- and, of course, Russian vodka.

For the special event, the waitstaff at these accommodations in Moscow, Russia dressed in Matriosha-style sarafans and Russian caftans, and live folk balalaika and accordion music filled the air. Guests were treated to traditional canapés, vodka and cocktails, and each person left with a memento -- a miniature bottle of Tsar's vodka.

Held in the hotel's Allegro Lobby Bar & Lounge, the event kicked off at 8pm, giving guests plenty of time to sample the selections and mingle with others. The lobby venue was the ideal space for the event, giving visitors a feel for the hotel's 1920s Ballets Russes design concept, which can be seen in art and a curtain of crystal meant to mirror the rise of the curtain at the start of a performance.
