Leading Phone Application Server Provider Announces Customer Wins, Partnerships, New Offerings, Prestigious Industry Award

Quarter highlights included customer wins in the Internet banking and consulting services industries, with and the Hay Group, respectively, selecting the VoiceObjects 6 phone application server to power advanced applications. During the quarter, VoiceObjects also released the VoiceObjects XML Developer Kit, established a strategic partnership with VoxTiger, strengthened its leadership team, and received noteworthy industry recognition.

Customer Wins in Diverse Industries

VoiceObjects's fourth quarter, 2006 customer wins included, the world's first and largest Internet-only bank. selected the VoiceObjects 6 phone application server to deliver the bank's 3 million customers personalized, multi-modal phone banking applications that offer richer customer service experiences than traditional IVR applications.

New fourth quarter customers also included the Hay Group, a global management consultancy with more than 2,000 consultants in 47 countries. The organization will use the VoiceObjects phone application server to conduct phone surveys, already a proven data-gathering method, in an even more cost-effective manner.

The company also entered into a strategic partnership with VoxTiger, a provider of online phone application development services. Together, the companies launched an on-demand phone application development environment, which allows novice and expert developers to create sophisticated phone applications that run on VoiceObjects Server at a fraction of the cost usually associated with development.

VoiceObjects also enhanced its leadership team during the quarter, with IVR industry veteran Jim Madden joining the company as vice president, Americas sales and Ketera chief executive officer Burton Goldfield joining the board of directors.
