VoX Adds 7 Point as Its Newest Master Agent

7 Point Dealers Nationwide Will Offer VoX Services to Their Business and Residential Customers

CELEBRATION, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 16, 2007 -- VoX Communications Corp., eLEC Communications Corp.'s (OTCBB: ELEC) wholesale and retail provider of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services nationwide, today announced a Master Agent agreement with 7 Point. 7 Point has more than 80 dealers nationwide, who provide businesses with telecom hardware, interconnect services and wireless voice and data solutions. These dealers will offer added value and convenience through digital broadband phone services from VoX. 7 Point is also a National Master Dealer for Sprint/Nextel Wireless Services.
