VoxBox World Telecom, Inc. Announces the Board of Directors Elected to Cancel Previously Announced Forward Split

VANCOUVER, BC -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 27, 2007 -- VoxBox World Telecom, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: VXBX) ("VoxBox" or the "Company") is announcing today that the Board of Directors have cancelled the previously announced forward split. This announcement is due primarily to the negative shareholder response to the previous announcement of the forward split.

Mr. Ray Prescott, CEO of VoxBox, indicated the company had received significant response from the shareholders expressing their concern about the forward split. "We felt that the company would be making a mistake in not responding to our shareholder concerns and the forward split was not acting in interest of our shareholders."

Mr. Prescott further stated, "We will be providing shareholders with a further guidance and direction of the company over the next several weeks. Until then it is business as usual, as we continue to grow our Voice over IP business."
