Voxilla Expands Into Canada, Offers Widest Selection of VoIP Products Available

SAN FRANCISCO and VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(CCNMatthews - Jun 29, 2005) -

Voxilla, the world's leading source of news, technical information and gear for the Voice over IP revolution, has expanded operations into Canada to meet the country's rapidly growing demand for VoIP-related tools.

Voxilla Canada, Inc., based in Vancouver, will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of San Francisco-based Voxilla, Inc., the publisher of popular VoIP news site "Voxilla," and operator of the Voxilla Store, a leading retail and wholesale source of internet telephony equipment.

The newly opened online Voxilla Canada Store (http://store.voxilla.ca/) stocks the entire line of products and accessories that are currently offered on the Voxilla Store but are represented in Canadian currency, at prices comparable to those in the US store.

"We realized that there are a lot of people in Canada who are interested in the products Voxilla retails as well as the support services we offer. While they previously were willing to pay a premium in shipping for them, we felt that there was a better way to service them," said Paul Crick, Chief Technical Officer of Voxilla, Inc., and president of Voxilla Canada, Inc. "I'm delighted that our operations in Canada now allow us to offer our diverse line-up of market-leading VoIP products without our Canadian customers having to incur any additional shipping charges."

As with the US-based store, which also serves the expanding international VoIP market, Voxilla Canada will offer free standard shipping throughout the country for its entire product line.

Among the products carried by Voxilla Canada are VoIP adaptors and IP phones manufactured by Intertex, Grandstream, Leadtek, Linksys/Sipura, Polycom, SipCPE and others.

Starting later this year Voxilla will also publish expanded Canada-specific content on the new Voxilla Canada web site, http://voxilla.ca, as part of the company's audience-centric approach to content offerings.
