VShield Software Corp. Announces Windows Vista Development on Track for Its Retail Software

DOVER, DE -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 1, 2007 -- VShield Software Corp. (PINKSHEETS: VSHD), a design, marketing and software distribution company providing advanced security software systems to both the retail and institutional markets, today announced that work upgrading its VShield Basic 3.0 and VShield Plus 4.0 to the newly released Windows Vista is proceeding and completion is expected to meet its fourth quarter retail market entry target. Due to the secure nature and advanced plug and play features imbedded in this software it could not be introduced until the first series of Windows Vista upgrades were complete. These versions are the Company's basic system designed to provide protection to consumers and small business owners against hacking and identity theft. It hides or disguises the address to the entrance to the computer including the web site directory. The product meets or exceeds the features of all competing firewall products. The VShield 4.0 Plus software is an upgraded version of VShield Basic 3.0 allowing for more customization and providing a higher level of security. It allows the owner of the computer to customize intrusion protection for specific files.

"This upgrade to the new stronger Windows Vista will allow the small business web site owner complete protection against web site defacing, stolen information, URL hijacking and denial of service attacks. The VShield Series of software security will protect and shield the millions of small business owners who own and operate their own web sites on the increasingly dangerous world called the internet. We will be there for you with a complete end to end protection system without the need for an IT department and special training," Patrick Burke stated, Chief Technical Officer of VShield Software Corp.
