VShield Software Corp. Buys Vote Counting Software

VShield Software Corp. Enters Political Administration Arena

DOVER, DE--(Marketwire - December 12, 2007) - VShield Software Corp. (PINKSHEETS: VSHE), today announced that it will be purchasing all rights to the Vote Counting Software from Canscan Imaging, a BC Company. Vote Counting Software, previously a subsidiary of Canscan Imaging who initially started developing voting software in 1989. Our new vote counting software and services have been used in over 1000 provincial and federal constituency elections and has also tracked and certified the votes in the national assembly elections in Winnipeg, Vancouver, Calgary and London (Ontario) since 1992. Our purchase of the new vote counting software guarantees 100% election process satisfaction and voter anonymity without compromising election results security. We feel the most important messages to send to public voters are that the election is fair and guaranteed and voter anonymity is respected.

"We are moving into the election of public officials nationwide and building on our base of thousands of elections to build a complete trusted end to end solution. With software expertise in both the public, private and military arenas we will be able to build a secure, trusted system for all public elections," commented Patrick Burke, Chief Technical officer of VShield Software Corp. "It's a real pleasure to have our team expand its focus into this new realm and prove that they can really make a difference. We will help make the world aware of your elected choices, in complete security and in a tamper proof environment that cannot be compromised by internal or external forces," stated Patrick Burke.

About VShield Software Corp.

The company designs, produces, markets and sells leading edge computer security software programs that feature advanced software development and technologies that are superior to other products on the market. All of the Company's security systems are based on previously proven and field tested large commercial security systems. These systems are based on hiding, disguising and encrypting various levels of files maintained on a computer such that an intruder is unable to obtain information from a desired file. This is unlike existing 'firewall' systems now on the market which are focused on keeping intruders from gaining unauthorized entry to a computer. Where applicable, products are patent and copyright protected in both Canada and the United States.
